High Street Project

The City of Milton applied for and received funding from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) for improvements along High Street. The project is planned for 2026. 

The proposed project includes pavement replacement along High Street between South John Paul Road and Janesville Street. Curb, gutter, and sidewalk will be replaced as needed. Water main replacement is planned from Janesville Street to Rainbow Drive. 

Request for Proposals

The City of Milton is soliciting interest from engineering firms to perform design engineering services for work along High Street between Janesville Street and John Paul Road in the City of Milton.  This project is in the approved BIL STP-Urban Program and all submittals must adhere to State and Federal requirements for this type of project. Submittals are due to the City of Milton City Hall, 710 South Janesville Street, Milton, WI 53563 by 4:00 PM on July 27, 2023.  Interested firms can find more information and the Request for Proposal document on the City's website and at City Hall.
