Utility Payments

The City of Milton is pleased to announce a change to all future utility bills. Beginning July 15, 2015 residents will receive a paper utility bill in a regular letter size envelope. This will replace the postcards that have been sent in the past.

The new bills will provide more information to residents about their utility usage and will allow the City to provide other valuable communications to the community on a bi-monthly basis.  The new bills will also include a courtesy envelope to send payments.

Along with the new paper utility bill, the City is offering electronic payment options and the option to go paperless. A sample bill and information regarding electronic payments can be found on the City’s website.

Utility customers may also sign up to have their payments automatically withdrawn from their checking or savings account on the payment due date by completing a form available on the website or at City Hall and the Public Works Department.
