The City of Milton current has five open Tax Incremental Financing Districts.
- TID #6 is the Crossroads Business Park. It was adopted January 21, 2003, and is set to close no later than January 21, 2026.
- TID #7 encompasses the Junction Square Business District and other properties in the surrounding area. It was adopted July 6, 2004, and is set to close no later than June 7, 2031.
- TID #9 encompasses the eastern portion of Crossroads Business Park. It was adopted July 19, 2016, and is set to close no later than July 19, 2036.
- TID #10 encompasses the Goodrich Square Business District and other properties in the surrounding area. It was adopted August 7, 2018, and is set to close no later than August 7, 2045.
- TIF 11 encompasses the industrial portion of Crossroads Business Park east of STH 26. The purpose of this TIF is to incentivize and promote industrial development along STH 26, STH 59, and the existing WSOR rail line which bisects the TIF. This TIF was created in 2020 and is set to close no later than 2040.
